This Privacy Policy explains how Earniva Labs ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Earniva: Learn, Play & Rewards mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the App's services:

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your user account
- To authenticate your identity securely via Firebase Authentication
- To sync your game progress, coins, XP, and transaction history across devices
- To apply the appropriate regional economy settings and currency display
- To process withdrawal requests to your specified Binance account
- To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and policy violations
- To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
- To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance
- To send important notifications about your account or rewards
- To respond to support inquiries

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

Account Registration and Authentication
Earniva requires users to create an account to use the App. You may register using your email address or via Google Sign-In. Account data is managed through Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google LLC.
By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We work with the following third-party service providers who may receive certain data as part of delivering our services:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config) – for account management, data storage, analytics, and crash reporting.
Google AdMob – for displaying rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads.
Binance – Binance is an independent third-party payment processor. Your Binance ID and email address are used solely to process payout transactions that you initiate. We do not share your data with Binance beyond what is necessary to complete your withdrawal.
Support Email (Gmail) – support inquiries submitted by users are received via a private Gmail account operated by Earniva Labs.
Advertising
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID and usage information to show you personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent settings and jurisdiction.
You can opt out of personalized advertising:
Opting out does not remove ads — it only affects whether ads are personalized.
Anti-Cheat and Security Measures
To maintain a fair environment for all users, Earniva uses the following security measures:
- Safe Device / Flutter Jailbreak Detection: The App checks whether the device has been rooted or jailbroken to prevent exploitation of the reward system.
- Device ID collection: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity such as multiple account abuse.
- Connectivity checks: The App verifies network connectivity to ensure reward validation is performed server-side.
Data Storage and Retention
All user data — including your account profile, coin balance, XP, game progress, and transaction history — is stored on Google Cloud Firestore, a cloud database operated by Google LLC with servers located in the United States and other regions.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see Section 10), all associated data is permanently deleted from our Firestore database.
Device Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions:
Account Deletion and Data Removal (Web & In-App)
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. As required by Google Play Data Safety policies, you can request account deletion from within the app, or via the web without needing to install the application.

Age Restriction & Children's Privacy
Due to the nature of our digital reward economy, payout systems, and financial education elements, our App is not designed for, nor directed at, children or teenagers under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has registered an account and provided us with personal data, we will immediately and permanently delete their account and all associated data. If you believe a minor has registered for Earniva, please contact us immediately.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Notifications
With your permission (via the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission on Android 13+), we may send you push notifications about:
- Reward availability and bonus timers
- Account-related alerts
- App updates and promotions
You can disable notifications at any time from your device's Settings → Apps → Earniva → Notifications.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- User authentication is managed by Firebase Authentication with industry-standard security
- Firestore security rules restrict data access to authorized users only
- Anti-cheat systems monitor for suspicious activity to protect all users
International Data Transfers
Your data is stored and processed on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these servers.
We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the use of standard contractual clauses where required.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify you via a push notification or in-app alert
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
